Attend Camp, then see Germany and France

Many groups decide to book a study trip leaning on elements of the Germany and France summer tour. Such tours comprise a combination of study tour through several European countries as well as a stopover at one of ASTUR summer camps. That way our young participants get to know European cultures and at the same time experience the international atmosphere on our summer camps. The intercultural flair on camp creates an upbeat mood which is rather contagious.

The detailed itinerary

Week 1 - ASTUR summer camp

Day 1 - Arrival

  • Arrival at Munich airport (MUC)
  • Transfer to Augsburg summer camp, check-in
  • night in residence/with host family

Day 2 to 6 - Attend summer camp

The participants attend one regular week on Augsburg summer camp.

The following activities are booked for the participants from Monday to Friday:

Day 7 - Day trip to Munich

  • Visit Deutsches Museum
  • Treasure hunt in Munich
  • Visit BMW museum
  • Night at residence/with host family

Week 2

Day 8 - Neuschwanstein Castle

  • Guided tour Füssen
  • Guided tour Neuschwanstein Castle
  • Night at hotel

Day 9 - Heidelberg and Saarbrücken

  • Visit Heidelberg Castle
  • Treasure hunt Heidelberg
  • Free time in Saarbrücken
  • Night at Hotel

Day 10 - The cradle of Champagne

  • Visit wine cellar in Eparny
  • Night at Hotel

Day 11 - Paris

  • Climb the Eiffel Tower
  • Guided tour at Louvre
  • Boat tour on the river Seine
  • Night at Hotel

Day 12 - Versailles

  • Visit the Palace of Versailles
  • Walk down Champs Élysées and see Arc de Triomphe
  • Night at Hotel

Day 13 - Goodbye | Au revoir
